Delivery to Mainland UK is free of charge.

All deliveries to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scottish Isles will incur an additional charge. Please contact +44 (0)1234 757 110 for information about additional charges.

Free Standard Economy Service:
Delivery is estimated at 5-7 working days from receipt of order, dependent upon stock levels. This applies only to orders within Mainland UK.

Express Delivery:
Next day delivery is available at an additional charge of £19.50.
Should you require express delivery, you must place your order before 12:30pm and contact us on +44 (0)1234 757110.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it is damaged or you simply wish to return it to us then please follow the below steps.

1. You can return your purchase in its original condition within 14 days of the date of receipt. All damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt* and we may ask for photographic evidence.

2. Please contact our salesdesk team on +44 (0)1234 757110 and they will provide you with a GRN number. This number allows our warehouse to identify which order/customer a returned item belongs to and therefore reduce any chance that goods could be lost. You need to ensure this number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

3. Please ensure the goods you wish to return are adequately packed in their original packaging (unless this has been damaged while being opened) in order to avoid any damage to the goods in transit.

4. The salesdesk team will provide you with the address to return your goods to.

Barriers2Go reserves the right to reject items that do not have a GRN number or goods that were damaged in transit due to improper packaging.

*Barriers2Go cannot accept responsibility for any damage that is reported after this 24 hour period. Your warranty is voided should you fail to report any damage that may cause the product to fail.

Returns are subject to a minimum re-stocking fee of £25.
